Your Right to Data Deletion

AGNIRA by Fine Jewels respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used our website, placed an order, or interacted with us via WhatsApp or email, you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you.

This page explains what data we hold, what can be deleted, and how to submit a deletion request.

What Data We Hold

Depending on your interaction with us, we may hold:

Account data: Name, email address, phone number
Order data: Shipping address, items ordered, payment status, order history
Communication data: WhatsApp messages, emails, and chat transcripts exchanged with our team
Session data: Login sessions and authentication tokens
Payment data: Payment references (we do not store card numbers — these are held by Razorpay)

What Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. However, we are legally required to retain certain records:

Can be deleted: Account profile, login sessions, WhatsApp conversation history, marketing preferences, and browse/wishlist data.
Cannot be deleted (legal obligation): Order records, GST invoices, and payment references must be retained for a minimum of 7 years under Indian tax law (GST Act, Income Tax Act). These records are kept in a minimal, secure form and are not used for marketing.

How to Request Data Deletion

To submit a data deletion request, contact us using any of the following methods:

Option 1 — Email request

Send an email to: agnirafinejewels@gmail.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request — [your registered email or phone]

Include your registered email address or phone number so we can locate your account.

Option 2 — WhatsApp request

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 85919 59119 with the message: "I would like to delete my account and data."

What Happens After You Request

Once we receive your deletion request:

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
Your account and eligible personal data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Records legally required to be retained (invoices, order history) will be kept in a minimal form and not used for any other purpose.

WhatsApp Data

We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) to send order notifications and respond to customer queries. Messages exchanged over WhatsApp are stored in our system to provide support and maintain order communication history.

If you request deletion, your WhatsApp conversation history in our system will be erased. Note that Meta/WhatsApp retains its own copy of messages in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. To delete data held by WhatsApp directly, use the WhatsApp app settings on your device.
