All jewellery displayed on our website is subject to availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking). For orders above ₹20,000, a split-payment option is available: 50% advance on order placement and the remaining balance after visual confirmation of the finished piece.
All orders are shipped via BVC Logistics — a specialist insured jewellery courier — across India. Delivery timelines vary between 5–10 business days for stock pieces and 2–4 weeks for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. AGNIRA is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of AGNIRA by Fine Jewels and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional communications from us via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. These communications include order confirmations, shipment updates, payment reminders, and visual confirmation of your jewellery.
We use the WhatsApp Business API to send automated order updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at agnirafinejewels@gmail.com. Transactional messages (order status, payment reminders) cannot be opted out of while an active order is in progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGNIRA by Fine Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
